How It
Works

Our Goal...

Use Facebook and MySpace to organize a national fundraising event. All money raised will go directly to Save Darfur, a national  coalition dedicated to improving the situation in Darfur.

Start Networking:

  • Join the Dollars for Darfur Facebook [link to Facebook D for D group] and MySpace [link to MySpace D for D group] groups to connect with high school students at your school and across the country to spread the word about the national high school fundraising challenge for Darfur. Each group page has a link to the Dollars for Darfur homepage.
  •  If everyone who goes to a group page finds just one other friend to join, we will quickly develop a national network.
  •  Now when your parents complain that you spend too much time on the Internet, you can tell them you are working to stop genocide in Darfur!
