We designed a stimulation study to evaluate the conditional clustering program. The simulated data contain expressions of 700 genes measured at five time points over two experimental conditions.

The results using the conditional clustering show that we can correctly identify the number of clusters, and find the clusters of GCP and GUP 95% accuracy.
