Our Bayesian conditional clustering program is implemented in R (http://www.r-project.org). This is the release of version 1.0.
Here is the conditional clustering program. This zipped folder contains a set of written R functions, an example of how to use these functions, and the user manual. Users can modify the example to run any new set of analysis. Currently this program runs on Windows operating system.
This software can be used by calling the main R function iterative.cluster(). Details of how to use this software can be downloaded from the user manual.
