Summary

My primary research interests fall into the area of statistical genetics/genomics, biostatistics and bioinformatics. My research strives to develop statistical and computational methods for analyzing large-scale genomic data. In addition, I also collaborate as a statistician and statistical geneticist on several projects studying complex diseases such as Type 2 diabetes, musculoskeletal disorder and obesity. I have co-organized Statistical Genetics Seminar Series (StatGen) .
