I am a professor in the Department of Anatomy and Neurobiology at Boston University Medical School. I hold a Ph.D. in Brain and Cognitive Sciences and an S.B. in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering, both from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. I am also a freelance musician, performing on woodwinds and keyboards. Here is a photo of me. (I'm on the left.)
