A little about myself  to ease your concerns as I understand as a potential renter of any property, you are and should always be concerned about who the landlord(s) of the property are and how they will approach being a landlord in working with you as you live in the home.  It's only understandable and I respect your concern and interest.  I'm a Business School college professor in the area of information systems at Boston University in the Questrom School of Business.  I lived in Atlanta for over 15 years and moved away in 1997.

I have been away from Atlanta now for over 25 years but we still visit Atlanta regularly to see family and friends.  We spend a significant amount of time in Atlanta during the summer months visiting family and friends as I have the summers off as an academic and simply enjoy the South.  I will always consider the South and Atlanta my real home no matter where we're located.  The beautiful home being advertised is located in Midtown in the Atlantic Station Development which is a great place to live, be close to your downtown work location, and have plenty of infrastructure such as grocery stores, shopping and restaurants and to live in a spacious home.  Unlike the many smaller 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo "Boxes" in Atlantic Station, this is a full-fledge home with 3 Bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, and well suited for either roommates with two master bedrooms upstairs and a 3rd bedroom on the lower-level or a family with the open main floor living/family room, dining room and eat-in breakfast area.  The large modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops with 2350 square feet of living space. Plenty of room to relax and spread your wings in this home.   

Atlantic Station is an incredible neighborhood and the ease of getting to interstates and downtown locations makes it a wonderful place to live, work and play.  Atlanta is an incredible city where the downtown and inner city has been revitalized and has made a great comeback since the 1996 Olympics.  No longer worry about the long commutes in traffic living  in this home as you have the option of taking the train if you so desire or a short commute to your downtown office.  The new slogon should become "Home for work, living and play in 10 minutes".  With the rising cost of gas and the hassle of traffic, enjoy the pleasure of living in-town in a wonderful home.

At the bottom of the main page of this page and other pages on the website are links that allow you to print out the Rental Application.  There is NO application fee.  Every landlord and/or apartment complex will ask for the information I'm asking for if not more and most will require an application fee and maybe a fee to run a credit check as well.  We don't feel the application fee is necessary so there is not a fee.  The application form can be faxed back to me at  my home fax number which is included on the document itself.  The home fax is located in my office at home so its a secure place to send your information.  We seek individuals who are responsible, reliable, professional and who are going to take good care of the home.  We thank you for taking the time to visit the website to learn more about the property at 384 16th Street, Unit #3 and us.  Feel free to call me if you have any questions.
