A little about myself  to ease your concerns as I understand as a potential renter of any property, you are and should always be concerned about who is the landlord of the property and how they will approach being a landlord.  In today's challenging economic times many landlords are taking monthly rental payments from people but not paying their mortgage only to have the home foreclosed upon and the renter themselves left holding the bag.  You surely have NO worries like that regarding myself.  So, you should surely know your landlord.  Even though I work with a real estate agent, I make the final decisions and will speak with potential tenants myself.  It's only understandable and I respect your concern and interest and you should always practice due diligence.  My name is Jeff Allen and and I'm a college professor in the area of information systems at Boston University in the Questrom School of Business.

I lived in Atlanta for over 15 years and moved away in 1997.  I have been away from Atlanta now for over 26 years but still visit Atlanta regularly to see family and friends.  I will always consider the South and Atlanta our real home no matter where we're located.  The beautiful home being advertised is located in Midtown in the Atlantic Station Development which is a great place to live, be close to your downtown work location, and have plenty of infrastructure such as grocery stores, shopping and restaurants and to live in a spacious home.  Unlike many smaller 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo "Boxes" in Atlantic Station, this is a full-fledge home with 3 Bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, with a family room, separate living room area, formal dining room and super large modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops with 2300 square feet of living space. Plenty of room to relax and spread your wings in this home.   

Initially purchased the home with the intention of moving back home to Atlanta sometime in the near future, but decided that we wanted to continue for now to live in Boston.  Atlantic Station is an incredible neighborhood and the ease of getting to interstates and downtown locations makes it a wonderful place to live, work and play.  Atlanta is an incredible city where the downtown and inner city has been revitalized and has made a great comeback since the 1996 Olympics.  No longer worry about the long commutes in traffic living  in this home as you have the option of taking the train if you so desire or a short commute to your downtown office.  The new slogon should become "Home for dinner in 10 minutes in the Live, Work, Play community of Atlantic Station".  

Please feel free to call me (617-312-0096) and ask any questions or address any concerns you have about the property.  As a landlord you will never have to wait on me or haggle with me regarding any repair work or other items the property might be in need of in the future.  We take care of this property and others we own as though we live in them ourselves and I take great pride in quality homes.  The property at 362 16th Street NW is truly an absolutely gorgeous house on both the inside and outside and located in an incredible area of downtown Atlanta, Georgia within walking distance of the Atlantic Station superior shopping, dining and entertainment.
