Welcome to Mahmoud Zangeneh's website

I am currently a Ph.D. Candidate in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Boston University. My research interests include the design and fabrication of Memristor-based Resistive Random-Access Memory (RRAM) arrays, ultra low-power subthreshold design techniques, Laser Voltage Imaging (LVI)-based backside failure analysis of nano-scale VLSI circuits, Analog/RFIC design for wireless communication and Interconnects design and related circuit level issues in high-performance VLSI circuits.
