Modify the Residential Housing Agreement in order to make it easier for students in financially exigent circumstances to be released from the obligation to pay for year's worth of housing charges if they are forced to move off-campus.

Institute a single-cause class fundraising campaign (e.g., improvements to Mugar) for the Class of 2008, instead of allowing individual donations to be dedicated -- without great effect -- to specific purposes. (suggested by Matt Moran, CAS '08, in The Daily Free Press)
