James Winn mourns the death of Susan Almasi, with whom he performed numerous concerts in the 1970s and 1980s. She was a deeply gifted musician, a lovely human being, and a marvelously comfortable partner. May she rest in soft peace. In her honor, this website will regularly feature unreleased performances involving her playing.
