The United Nations Children’s Fund
UNICEF, the United Nations Children's Fund, is an organization which forms part of the United Nations system, and has worked since its beginnings in 1946, to protect and improve the lives of children throughout the world. Guided by the Convention on the Rights of the Child, it aims to achieve sustainable human development based on the observance of the rights of women and children.
Campus Initiative
The Campus Initiative is a student-led organization that partners with the US Fund for UNICEF to educate, advocate, and fundraise for UNICEF’s lifesaving work. It is a growing movement rooted in a belief that college students have a vital role to play in helping the world’s children.
