I'm a second year PhD student in Dept.ECE at Boston University. My advisor is Prof. Ayse K. Coskun. My research interests include Run-Time Management of Manycore Systems, 3D Memory Architecture, Temperature/Thermal Aware Job Scheduling and Energy-Efficient System Design. I received the B.S. from Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China in 2010. Before coming to Boston University, I worked in Advanced SoC and Integrated System Research Center as an undergraduate for two years. In summer of 2012, I worked as an research intern in Microelectronic Systems Laboratory at EPFL. |
