2 - Review Time Line (high level)
       -keynote speaker, engineer/entertainment? what are the requirements?
       -Karen Panetta is SWE member and IEEE, works at Tufts, lots of variety, easy to relate to, done grad-school, industry, professor, Nerd-Girls
       -speaker speaks based on theme of conference
       -email people from professional night (Tracey has list)
       -graduates or alumni from BU
       -focus on specifics with committees during semester

3 - Review Committee Assignments
       -speaker committee: Alexandra and Erica lead
       -logistics committee: Amy and Natalie lead
       -publicity committee: Heather and Tracey lead
       -registration committee: Ura lead
       -career fair committee: Sam lead
          - have career fair at FitRex, Fuller Building, SAR Gym
       -trips and hotels committee: Eleanore lead
       -gifts committee: basically done

4 - Date/Theme/Locations
       -Theme: "Changing the Way the World Works"
       -second weekend in April 2010 (9th-11th)
