Spectrum is Boston University's gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgendered, and allied cultural organization.
Misson Statement: Spectrum is a Boston University organization devoted to the queer community on campus. Our purpose is to organize cultural, social and political events, as well as facilitate increased public awareness, tolerance, and support for the GLBTQA community. We are open to all individuals regardless of sexual orientation, biological sex, gender identity, nationality, ethnicity, race, religion, socioeconomic status or political affiliation. We strive to provide an atmosphere of tolerance and acceptance for all our members, on campus and off, and also to give our members a variety of fun, and rewarding club activities, events, and outings throughout the semester.
Spectrum serves anyone interested in learning more about issues of sexual identity and orientation as well as GLBT-related topics. Additionally, Spectrum serves as a social forum for members to get together and have fun with weekly discussions, games, movies and events at local Boston establishments.
This website will be updated frequently. If you have any problems with (or wish to rave about the quality of) the website, email Anthony Simone.
