What is Slow
Children at Play?
Slow
Children At Play
is Boston University's best example of teamwork. Comprised of a rotating
cast of Boston University undergrads, the group writes and performs original
sketch comedy. The group has written and performed six sold-out 'Slow
Kids' shows on BU's campus including such favorites as The Tragic
Death of King Edward, The Greatest Gift of All, and this year's knockout
Ft. Fordfordton, an intricately woven tale of murder, deceit,
and dusty cake.
They have hosted dozens of events, including comedy shows, dance marathons,
and a capella festivals. The group has
also performed at sketch comedy festivals around the country:
Brandeis Sketch Comedy Festival
Chicago Sketchfest
Sketchfest NYC
Best of the Best Sketchfest (Portland, OR)
