Why should I join, the question is why SHOULDN'T I join?
There is NO reason why you shouldn't join! As a member of the BU Ski Club, you are entitled to a number of opportunities that ordinary students cannot get. Not only do you get access to the best value trips, but you can get some cool stuff, too. This year membership includes discounts at EMS, Joe Jones and Ski Market. Beside all that, we provide a great way to meet people who share your interests (at no additional cost). Of course, all the free stuff is while supplies last, so don't miss out by taking too long to discover the best club on campus. Sign up now and become a part of the tradition.

What is the BU Ski Club?
The club is a student run recreational ski and snowboard club. We provide an opportunity for students to go to some of the best ski areas in the world at prices not available to individuals. Founded around 1990 as the BU Ski Association, we quickly became one of the largest clubs on campus. We have recently changed our name to the BU Ski and Board Club since we welcome both skiers and riders on our trips.

Who can join?
Any person who goes to school or works at BU and likes to have a good time and socialize can join. Students from BU make up most of our membership, but your friends at other schools are welcome to come on some of our trips that are not directly funded by BU. Whether you snowplow down the bunny hill, pound the bumps, or just want to learn, then this is the right place for you.

So, how do I sign up?

Do you provide transportation?
Yes, in most cases. The BU Ski and Board Club provides buses for our our overnight trips, and for most of our day trips. For other trips, we arrange car pools so everyone gets a ride.

Where does the Ski and Board Club ski?
Anywhere! The BU Ski and Board Club skis locally in New England for day, weekend, and week long trips. We run two trips a year to Canada, and spring break trips down south. We get you to the snow ... what you do on it is up to you!
