Finding Images on the Web

Image Archives/Image Collections/Imagebases (Selections)

These are databases of images related by subject, theme, location (museum, gallery), etc. Most imagebases let you search using keywords and also let you browse by subject. They generally provide high quality images and descriptive texts.
