Winter Training 2008
We
Love
Erging!

Winter Training begins in early November and runs through mid-February.  This program is designed to help motivated rowers get in top physical condition for the upcoming spring season.  Winter Training is open to all members of BHS Rowing - boys, girls, novice, varsity, rowers, and coxswains.

Training consists of erging, running, stretching, core work, erging, yoga, watching rowing videos, and more erging.  Winter Training is held each day after school from 3:00 to 5:30 pm at Brookline High School.  Rowers are strongly encouraged to participate five days a week.

Coxswains are welcome to participate as often as they are able.  There is no fee for coxswains and no need to register.  Coxswains planning to participate should email Coach Joel Skaliotis.
