4/24/09 UPDATE: I haven't touched this website in a while.. I may update it this summer. sorry it's outdated! Feel free to email me =)
Welcome to my BU webspace!

Feel free to visit my Stony Brook website.

This summer, I'm analyzing EEG data for Dr. Peter R. Bergethon of the department of Anatomy and Neurobiology at BU. I also worked here last summer, analyzing functional MRI data from a drug study using Brain Voyager (which is where the background of this webpage comes from), and also this winter doing EEG data from the same study. I learned how to use a planimeter and analyzed the EEG data manually (in a "Herculean effort", according to my lab roommate, Jonathan Scabich). From this experience, I am now, more than ever, so impressed with and thankful for what computers can do, and have been learning Tcl, the scripting language, using it in SCAN.

I will be entering BU's MA program in Biostatistics in Fall 2008. I will be a research assistant to Josee Dupuis, working with data from the Framingham Heart Study. My job will consist of manipulating large datasets on their giant linux cluster and tweaking R code.

I will update this website with something more akin to the website I have hosted at my alma mater, hopefully before long.
Please do check back!

Feel free to contact me (rahm at bu dot edu)
