Question:
I have Windows XP as an operating system on my computer.
For some reason, I cannot see Russian text properly. Why?

Answer:
In order to see the Russian text portion of this website properly,
you must have Russian font installed on your computer.

Here is a step by step way to do this:

1) Click the Start Button on the bottom of the screen.

2) On the right side of the menu that came up go to the Control tab.

3) From the Control tab, click on Regional and Language Options.

4) At the top of the window that came up, click the Advanced tab.

5) From the pull down menu at the top of the window (Language for non-Unicode programs), select Russian.

6) Then, in the selection screen below (named Code page conversion tables), check all the boxes that say either Cyrillic or Russian.

7) Congratulations, now you should be able to see Russian text as intended!
