A cocktail hour and dinner reception at the Castle at Boston University will immediately follow the ceremony. Our liturgy will last about 45 minutes. So if you aren't hungry when you arrive at the church, you should be hungry when the service is over! We will have a fruit display and a variety of passed hors d'oeuvres waiting for you when you arrive at the Castle. Dinner will include a salad of mixed greens in pommery mustard dressing and your selection from the following entrée choices. Oven-roasted tenderloin of beef with cabernet gorgonzola demi-glace Pan-seared halibut with tomato coulis and braised fennel  Roasted eggplant roulades filled with bell pepper and spinach Chicken fingers (for small children) In addition to being both delicious and vegetarian, the eggplant roulades can be prepared vegan. If a vegan entrée is important to you, please tell us. We'll be happy to arrange it.
