Auditions
Auditions are held at the beginning of each semester. For the first round of auditions, performers should prepare 16-32 bars of music that best showcase their voice. A pianist will be present or you may choose to sing a capella. If there is a dance audition for that particular show, it will be noted on the website, and you should dress in comfortable clothing. You only need to attend ONE night of auditions. Callback lists will be posted on the website after the last night of auditions.
Those called back should report to the callback location (usually CFA) in comfortable clothing, ready to sing, dance, and read. These will be all cold readings. Cast lists will be posted late night after callbacks on the website. Those not cast are encouraged to attend the tech meeting and all of the special events ...and to audition next semester too!
