About me
I'm a research assistant professor at the Department of Geography and Environment at Boston University. I received my PhD in Physical Geography at Lund University in Sweden in 2007 and I've been at Boston University since then.
Research
My research revolves around the use of satellite data for estimating changes in land cover and land use, and the effect of these changes on terrestrial carbon budgets. I have a special interest in assessing and validating land cover/land change maps.
