Description: This course offers a general view of the field of psychology. It reviews research methods in psychology and the different schools within psychology with a focus on some of the major issues of investigation in the field.

Requirements:
A. Required Reading: All students must complete the required reading for the course, which includes chapters from Fundamentals of Psychology by Kosslyn and Rosenberg. READING THE BOOK IS REQUIRED: EXAM QUESTIONS COVER THE WHOLE BOOK AND LECTURES.

 B. Experimental Requirements (details in class)

 C.Grading:

1. 2 Midterms worth 40 points each points each
2. Attendance worth 10 points
3. 5 class activities worth 2 points each
There will be NO makeups for Midterms except for those who talk with me before the exam and have good reasons.
Final Grade:A=94-100, A-=90-93, B+=87-89, B=84-86, B-=80-83, etc.
