Catherine Young is a photojournalist and fashion and portrait photographer from the twin island nation of Trinidad and Tobago, W.I., currently residing in Boston, Massachusetts.
A recent gradutate of the journalism program of the College of Communication at Boston University, Catherine has a strong interest in fashion photography, and has interned with campus trendspotting website CollegeFashionista, the Fashion Week organization of Trinidad and Tobago, and has written online for the fashion columns at The Quad, Outlish Magazine and College Gloss Magazine.
Her photography has been featured in CollegeFashionista, The Quad, The Daily Free Press and The BU Buzz.
Catherine has also run her own fashion photography blog, Promiscuous Lola, for the past three years.
Catherine plans to continue her photography education at the MPS Fashion Photography Gradtuate Program at the School of Visual Arts in New York, and eventually work in fashion magazines.
