Emotional quadrants

Emotional quadrants is a emotions excercise for three players.

The audience suggests three emotions, and the ref assigns one to each of three regions of the stage. The performers start a scene, and each must express the emotion that corresponds with where they are. Actos will change position during the action, as they do in any scene, and they must alter their emotions accordingly.

This game often fails because actors sacrifice plot, environment and character in ensuring they express the right emotion. It is also unknown why we call this game "quadrants" when there are only three regions of the stage.
