Superheroes
Superheroes is a scene game for four players.
The audience suggests an unusual name for a superhero and a possible world crisis.
The scene begins with one actor playing the suggested superhero. He learns of the crisis through TV or radio or through a super-radar screen. A second actor enters, and the first actor assigns him a superhero name. The second actor then assumes the characteristics of that hero. A third hero enters, and the second names him, then the fourth enters, and the third names him. The fourth hero somehow solves the crisis. Each superhero leaves, justifying leaving, till just the final hero is left to finish the scene.
There are no recorded instances of this game being played well.
Alternate version: Rather than taking place in the first superhero's lair, the scene takes place on a street. One actor plays a suoperhero, one plays a supervillain, one plays a love interest and one plays an innocent bystander.
This version fails even more surely than the regular version.
