Freestyle long form
Freestyle long form is a long form game for all players.
Freestyle long form is a series of short scenes. Actors begin a scene based on the audience's suggestion. Somewhere into the scene, an offstage actor comes ahead and starts a new scene, maintaining some illusion of continuity by starting their scene with the last line of the previous one or featuring an object the last scene used.
Actors continue starting new scenes. New scenes may call back to old ones, but they do not need to.
Alternate form: Ref'd freestyle long form
In this version, a ref gives the topic of each new scene, based on something potential direction the old scene suggests. This version is like an octopus, but there is no overreaching storyline or need to return to old scenes.
