Do ron ron
Do ron ron is an elimination endgame for all players.
Players form a semi-circle or a straight line.
The audience suggests a (monosyllabic) name. The first person in the line sings "Met him on a Monday and his name was _____"and everyone joins in for the chorus of "da do ron ron ron, da do ron ron." The second player then comes up with a second line, one that rhmes with the first one and shares its rhythm. Again, all players contribute a chorus of "da do ron ron ron, da do ron ron."
Everyone then sings "da do da do - yeah" before the third player delivers a shorter line that again ends with a rhyme of the original name. Players offer another "da do da do - yeah" before the third player sings another line, and then comes one more "da do da do - yeah" and a third rhyming line from the third player.
Play continues with the fourth and fifth players singing a line each and the sixth singing three, and so on, till a player cannot think of a rhyme. The audience then yells "die!" and that player steps out, and the audience suggests a new name for the actors to sing about. Last player standing wins.
The ref can adjust the difficulty by varying the syllables of the the name he asks for.
Unlike most elimination games, Do Ron Ron is truly competitive, and there is no real need for the actor's lines to be funny. All humor comes from their attempts to win the game.
