185
185 is an endgame and a filler game for all players.
Players form a semi-circle or a straight line.
The ref asks the audience for a suggestion of an object. Players then have to make jokes, all following an identical format: "185 ___'s walk into a bar. The bartender says, "I'm sorry, we don't serve your kind. The _______'s reply: [punchline] "
Example: "185 pieces of furniture walk into a bar, bartender says, “I’m sorry, we don’t serve your kind here.” The pieces of furniture say, “Well you oughta man.” (Ottoman)
Once the performers seem to run short of ideas, the ref takes another suggestion from the audience.
This game works best when there are many performers and no pause between jokes. Ideally, performers will fight one another for the chance to present their joke, and the ref will always change the suggestion before performers run out of punchlines. You can increase the game's energy by using a podium performers must run to and slap. When there are many people performing, you can use two podiums at different sides of the stage.
