Treatments and Therapies for Mitochondrial Disorders – Questionnaire

Thank you for your interest in participating in this study. This is a voluntary research study that investigates the treatments and therapies that individuals use to treat the symptoms of mitochondrial disorders.

If you are:

18 years of age or older

English-speaking

AND

Have a medical diagnosis of a mitochondrial disorder

OR

Have a child or ward currently living with a medical diagnosis of a mitochondrial disorder
