-- Dec 2011. Dr.Chan is on Consumer Task Force for Newborn Screening funded by Genetic Alliance.

--Nov 2011.  Budget impact analysis on HIV testing work presented at the American Public Health Association (APHA) in DC.

--Nov 2011.  Economic analysis of new Hepatitis C (HCV) medication at the International Society of Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research (ISPOR)

--Oct 2011.  Dr. Chan visited Beijing China.  Collaboration on the use of electronic drug monitor (EDM) devices for improving HIV medication adherence.  

--July 2011.  Dr. Chan attended the Genomic Workshop at NIH in Bethesda, MD.

--June 2011. Logic modeling behind genome sequencing in newborn screening work presented at the AcademyHealth in Seattle, WA.
