Marching Band
2000~2007
I started to join my school (Jakarta International School).s marching band from middle school, 6th grade. At first I started out the marching band by playing clarinet but I changed my instrument to percussion in 7th grade. Moving on to high school, getting acceptance to the highest marching called Wind Ensemble by audition, I kept on playing for percussion and became the Section President in my senior year. Our high school marching band performed over 15 songs a year on special concerts or regular concerts from the help of Director Mr. Salminen. By auditioning, I traveled to Hong Kong for twice and Singapore during my high school year with 5 to 6 other musicians as a representative of my high school to perform in a marching band.
