·         Currently serve on five editorial boards of major communication journals

·         Constantly review for major academic publications, conventions, and grant proposals

·         Involved in major professional associations such as AEJMC, ICA, and NCA

·         Served as faculty senator, graduate student advisors, and university-wide committees
