Gerald L. Clarke              

                                               Senior Consultant

Gerald Clarke has directed domestic and overseas consulting projects for financial services providers. He has designed and implemented information technology solutions for mutual fund operations including: shareholder accounting; portfolio evaluation; stock transfer; fund accounting; customer contact; and automation of security trading activities. Among the clients he has served are Pioneer Investments, Mass. Financial Services, Kemper/Scudder, Kothari Asset Management (India), and Financial Services Sp.z.o.o. (Poland).

Mr. Clarke has provided opinions and testified in both Federal and state courts, in civil and criminal actions relative to financial industry service organizations performance. He has substantial experience appraising research and development limited-partnerships for high net-worth individuals. Early in his career, he served on USASCII, the organization that today would be known as the International Standards Board for COBOL Language Development. He served on the faculty of Boston University School of Management from 1978, retiring effective April, 2002, and at M.I.T from 1969 to 1975.

Included in his breadth of expertise is a clear knowledge of international trade, telecommunications and systems standards; U.S. computer hardware, software applications, and platforms supporting the mutual fund industry; facility and office space planning and construction; and a broad understanding of all aspects of the business.
