Researching the Topic

To enable you to produce a good report you will need to understand your experiment. This involves knowing what specific aspects of the environment were manipulated including the dependent and independent variables in each experiment. It also involves understanding the significance of the manipulations. You will also need to know the relevant theories, principles and previous experimental findings. To assist you, there is a list of suggested readings in the section entitled Specifics for Each Lab Report. These will help you gain perspective and can be used in the introduction of your lab reports. All these references are suitable for citing in your reports. In addition, check the books that are on permanent reserve in Mugar Library.
