Complaints

All candidates and campaigns are required to follow the rules set forth in the Elections Code. In the event that a candidate or campaign violates one of these rules, a complaint may be filed against that candidate or campaign by submitting the Complaint Form to the SEC. All such complaints will be posted here (and noted on the home page).
