Our Mission
Exposure Initiative, a student-run organization at Boston University, is dedicated to introducing middle and high school students to photography. The club accomplishes its goals by leading weekly workshops at urban schools with suffering arts programs. This exposure to artistic pursuits offers a positive force in the students' lives and an outlet for creativity that they may not receive otherwise. Aside from exposing the students to photography, Exposure Initiative strives to create strong bonds with its students. The program gives students a new lens through which they can view their world and a new voice with which they can tell their unique story.
