Dr. Ellen Cohn along with Dr. Elizabeth Crepeau and Dr. Barbara Schell, co-edited the 11th edition of Willard and Spackman’s Occupational Therapy. Since 1947, Willard and Spackman has had a tradition of being the primary text book for occupational therapy practitioners and students, presenting the broad principles and values in occupational therapy practice and research. Today Willard and Spackman’s Occupational Therapy continues to be the most widely used textbook of occupational therapy in the US, as a recent survey by the National Board for Certification in OT reported that 92% of OT academic programs in the US are using this text in their curricula. Recent editions have been or are being translated into Korean, Japanese, Portuguese, and Spanish.
