Members | FALL 2008 Space Requests
Choreographers: If you plan on choreographing for Origins 2008 (November 21 & 22), now's the time to request rehearsal space. We will begin taking Fall 2008 space requests on Friday, April 25 at 8 a.m. Requests will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Please do not send requests before 8 a.m. as it is unfair to other choreographers.
Remember, in order to be eligible to choreograph, you will need to have been in DTG and involved in a performance/showing process for at least one semester. If we receive a large number of requests, we may raise the requirement to two semesters because of limited rehearsal space.

January 31
1st showing: choreography for Visions is critiqued by faculty
February 7-10:
New Englend American College Dance Festival at Connecticut
College; 2 pieces from Origins 2007 (Factory Girls choreographed by Ellen McCormack and Reversible Spontaneous Combustion choreographed by Sarah Foster) will represent BU at this regional event. Click here for more information.

2nd showing: mentoring continues
February 28 - March 2
Aurora Borealis: A Festival of Light and Dance presented by the College of Fine Arts at the Wimberly Theatre at the Calderwood Pavillon at the Boston Center for Arts.
March 27
3rd showing: work is selected for Origins
April 3
4th showing per faculty request; class at 8pm
April 11, 8pm and April 12, 4 and 8pm
Visions 2008 showcare of works by students and faculty in FitRec Dance Theater
April 13, 6pm
Ballet Variations Project- a program of classical repertory taught by DTG members; in FitRec Dance Theater
Weekly classes on
