Browsers, (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, etc.), will sometimes save or cache pages to your hard drive to save time when loading a web page. If your browser has done this then recent changes made by someone will not show up. What to do?
To view the most recent version of a web page you need to force the browser to reload or refresh the cache.
Contribute does in fact let you update pop-ups. The problem is that Contribute opens the pop-up in a browser, (typically Internet Explorer), outside of Contribute.
To edit the pop-up you can do one of two things:
Contribute users can't edit forms because Contribute does not allow access to forms. Forms also have underlying code and other issues which require technical expertise to modify.
You can use Contribute's "Choose" button to the right of the Go button after the Address box. Click on this button and you will be able to browse all the directories that you have access to. You will be able to look for your page the same way that you look for files or documents on your computer.
Browse to the page whose title you want to change and edit it. Click "Format", "Page Properties", and then "Title/Encoding". Make your changes and then click OK. Publish your draft.
Browse to the page whose metatags you want to change and edit it. Click "Format" and then "Page Keywords and Description". Make your changes and then click OK. Publish your draft.
