Colin M. Fisher is a scholar, author, and teacher of team leadership and creativity. As a faculty member at Boston University’s School of Management, Colin teaches executives, MBAs, and undergraduates about leading teams that foster creativity, learning, and effective decision-making. His research explores how timing and group processes influence (a) team leadership and coaching, (b) creativity and improvisation, and (c) group decision-making and negotiations.
