The Boston University Cheerleading Team is a group of unique, talented student-athletes brought together by a strong passion for cheerleading. As a club sport, we cheer at all home Men's and Women's Basketball games, and run pre-game activities for young fans at all home Men's Ice Hockey games. We exhibition and compete in regional and national competitions in Divison I under the National Cheerleaders Association throughout our nine month season, which included the World Spirit Federation "2005-2006 Beantown Blowout" held at BU's own Agganis Arena, and the 2006 NCA National Collegiate Cheerleading Championships held in Daytona Beach, Florida. Aside from promoting Terrier Pride across campus and in the surrounding Boston community, the team participates in various community service events including Project Bread's Annual Walk for Hunger, the NAAR Walk for Autism Research, and Hub on Wheels.
