- Eastern College Athletic Conference
- For eligible teams, the annual ECAC Championship meet is second in importance only to the U.S. Collegiate Championships. Boston University attends each year, and placed 3rd in the 2007 meet.
- Fédération Internationale de Natation
- FINA is the international governing body for synchronized swimming.
- New England Synchronized Swimming Association
- NESSA is an excellent resource for all things synchro in New England. Their website includes a calendar of important events, driving directions to important locations and meet results.
- USA Synchro
- USA Synchro is the governing body for the U.S. Collegiate Championships, the U.S. National Team and the U.S. Olympic Team.
