With the support of amazing dancers, energetic cheerleaders (supporters), volunteers, and generous supporters, Boston University’s Dance Marathon has raised over $250,000! All of the proceeds we raised went to the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation and Camp Heartland. Both charities have helped countless children at home and around the world weather the effects of HIV and AIDS. With your help we will make our fourth Dance Marathon the most successful fundraiser yet.

With this event we have a unique opportunity to not only raise funds but to raise awareness of this devastating disease. Each day over 2000 children are infected with HIV/AIDS and Elizabeth Glaser and Camp Heartland work tirelessly to help. Though medical care and treatment and cutting edge research these groups bring happiness and the promise of a better future for these children. With your help we can be a beacon of hope for the children of Camp Heartland and the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation.

Your contribution is tax deductible and all proceeds go directly to the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation and Camp Heartland. • Making an in-kind donation. Any product, merchandise and/or gift certificate donation will be used to promote the event, to keep morale high during the dance marathon, or to award as a prize for the most money raised by a dancer.

• Underwriting event needs. This would include underwriting the cost of a portion of or the entire event.
• Provisions of media coverage. Awareness through the media is a crucial component of event success.
