Dancers and Moralers are the most visible part of BUDM. The entire 18 hour event is jam packed with bands, performance groups, and fun and games to keep everyone’s energy up for the entire time they are on their feet. Dancers- Most Important Part of Dance Marathon

• Stay on their feet for the full 18 hours of dance party fun
• Prior dance experience not required!
• Receive Dance Marathon 2008 Dancer T-Shirt and Dancer Bag full of prizes and goodies from Dance Marathon Sponsors
• Suggested to raise minimum of $150

Moralers- Vital to maintaining high level of energy throughout Dance Marathon

• Attend DM for one 4-hour or 6-hour shift
• Be prepared to motivate dancers during 4-hour shift
• Be enthusiastic and contribute to the positive, fun atmosphere
• Receive Dance Marathon 2008 Moraler T-Shirt
• Suggested to raise minimum of $75
  

Team Registration

• Register as a team of 8 or more dancers
• Each team member must raise a minimum of $100 instead of $150

Register to be a Dancer and automatically be enrolled in our new DM Points System to win a trip from American Airlines!
When you register to be a Dancer, you will automatically receive one point just for registering. Throughout the time leading up to and during Dance Marathon, you will have numerous opportunities to earn more points. The Dancer with the most points at the end of Dance Marathon will win a trip from American Airlines!
Opportunities to earn points leading up to Dance Marathon:

• Referring a friend to register to be a Dancer or Moraler
• Raising a certain amount of money at a certain point?
• Raising a certain amount of money beyond the limit?
• Helping the DM Chairs with an Agganis cleanup
• Coming to a fundraiser at Cold Stone or Unos
• Coming to an Ice Cream Social
• Coming to the Kick-Off Dinner

Opportunities to earn points during Dance Marathon:

• Dressing up during theme hours
• Telling a friend to come visit during Dance Marathon
