This is a very nice bedroom in a two bedroom apartment
 
located in 110 Babcock ST, Brookline. (please use Google

earth to check the location)

About the apartment: very clean apartment in a modern 

building, the size of this bedroom is twice of a normal 

bedroom. It can be either furnished or not 

furnished as you like. The apartment is much newer than 

most buildings in Allston or Brighton and professionally 

managed, absolutely free of problems of bugs or mice.

About the location: This place is most convenient for BU 

student, 6 minutes walk to BU campus, Green line subway,  

Victoria's seafood, Super 88 and Shaw's supermarket. 

It's also near BC and MIT, 15 minutes bicycle to MIT and 

17 minutes bicyle to Harvard. 6 minutes walk to Coolidge 

Corner, where you can find CVS, Trader Joe's, Gamestop, 

Postal service, Radioshack, theater and lots of 

restaurants to enjoy.

About the community: Brookline is known for its superior 

safety and very nice environment. The community near 

Babcock ST is very quiet, nice and clean. You'll love

this place once you take a look. 

Rent: I'd like to offer some discount in order to 

successfully sublet my bedroom.  Couples are OK.
