Private, Keyed Furnished Room in BROOKLINE.

Several Furnished Rooms in owner occupied BROOKLINE Guest House. 
We are one & a half miles from LMA (Longwood Medical Area) or Boston University.
(Naples Rd., Brookline, MA02446 & Harvard St., so you can "MapQuest".)  
We have rented to many Harvard Medical students over the 
years so if you want a clean, quiet safe place to live and study 
we might be what you want?
All our rents include: Furniture, Heat, Electric and Hot water. 
We also broadcast a strong WiFi signal if your PC has a card. 
Each unit is individually keyed and has a refrigerator and 
microwave for the only cooking. 
One room has a private bath and rents for $800 a month all others
rent for $700 and require sharing bath with 2 others. 
We are more a STUDY house, as parties are not on our menu nor is 
the ability to have overnight company. Including, Mom or Dad,
brother or sister.

HMS, HSPH or BU enrollment is sufficient reference, but we conduct
full checks of any other guests. (we extend the same courtesy to
Simmons, MIT and BU.)

I have one opening June 1st until August 31st @$700.  At that time
it could be extended for a year. Others will become available 
from time to time.
Everyone cleans own room, we collect trash daily so we have NO nonpaying guests!
