Hello,

I will be away for a summer internship out of town, so I would like to sublet my room in a cool clean three-story house. I was first attracted to this place because of its great location for both commuting and living: 7 minutes walk to green line T-stop, which will take you downtown in 30 minutes; 3 minutes walk to #57 bus for fast commute to BU or Kenmore; 5 minutes walk to #66 bus for either Coolidge Corner (also within walking distance) or Harvard square.

There are two supermarkets within 10 minutes walk. Shaw's and Super 88 (Asian Market). There are many restaurants close by, as well as a food court located at the Asian market where you can get great cheap Asian Gourmet. Other places I frequent include the Infusion Tea Spa (the equivalence of Starbucks with coffee and bubble tea) and a Taiwanese bakery both one block away. There are several gyms close by as well, I usually walk 15 minutes or hop on a 57 bus for BU gym. US post office is 7 minute walk away.

Having lived here for a year, I like this place more and more. My three housemates, all female grad students (PhD or MBA) at BU, are very considerate, fun and respectful. My room is in decent size and we share quite spacious living rooms and kitchen. The house is very nicely maintained, and I appreciate whoever interested in renting my room be responsible and clean as well. Utilities (wireless, cable, electricity) are split evenly among the four of us and cost each between $40 to $80 per month. Neighborhood is safe and relaxing.
