Housing: Room for rent in Allston

There's a big and bright room on the second floor for rent 

in Allston. There are new windows and new hardwood 

floorings. This house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. 

It is close to the T, shops, Laundromat, and colleges such 

as BU, Harvard, MIT and BC. It only takes 7 minutes to the 

57 bus stop and 5 minutes to get to the 66 and 64 bus 

stop. About a 7-8 minute walk to Stop & Shop, A.J Wright, 

Shaw’s, McDonalds, and it’s convenient to get to 88 Super 

Market. There's also a driveway for parking. Also, no pets 

allowed and smoking please. In addition, a bed and some 

furnitures are available in the room for usage. The rent 

is $400 not covering utilities. It is a one person room.
